We ended up not using the room. i called multiple times the week before to attempt to schedule an early check in. i was told they made a note and they asked me to call back saturday morning. i called saturday morning and was told i would not be able to get an early check in. i attempted to cancel the room but due to it being less than 24 hours, i was unable to cancel. very disappointed i was not able use the room i paid for.
