Wonderful vacation in amsterdam

I stayed novotel amsterdam city from 2014.12.5-7. i was very tired because i had traveled about a month in europe. when i arrived this hotel, the guy who is in reception welcome me with smile. and check-in finished very fast. they gave me big smile always and they answer very kind whenever i ask about using hotel for example breakfast, check out time and deposit money. room was very clean and easy for use. i don't need to mention again. it was wonderful. thank you for hotel's service.

Great stay

We had a lovely stay at the novotel. it was clean, spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. the restaurant was great, with a wide selection at breakfast, and a good menu for dinner which was reasonably priced. hotel was close (walking distance) from train station. the fresh flavoured water in the foyer was a lovely refreshment.

El hotel está situado a las afueras, así lo elegimos, una zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos, pero está inmejorablemente comunicado, a 1 minuto andando del metro y tranvia que te llevan al centro. está todo muy nuevo. el trato por parte del personal de recepción fué amable (había un chico que hablaba español). el hotel vende tiquets para el metro y tranvia (los mismos que puedes obtener de las máquinas y al mismo precio). las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. el buffet del desayuno me pareció excelente, abundante y variado. todo muy bueno. sin duda repetiría si volviese.

Would go back in a heart beat

The staff was very friendly!! they spent at least 15 minutes helping us find directions in english for the restarant we had reservations for. the hotel it self was big and beautiful.

Nice hotel

Great hotel, halfway between schipol airport and the centre itself. great public transport links and wondeful breakfast choice!
