The hotel is close to all the famous ruins in athens and also near to all the shops and restaurants in plaka and syntagma. you can basically walk to all the ruins sites from the hotel. room is spacious and clean. breakfast has great variety.

We got to the hotel about 9:30 am - very welcoming - despite not giving any notice of an early arrival our room was ready in 10 minutes. hotel and rooms are very modern - works well in public areas - looks good in the bedroom but the bathroom is totally impractical - tinted mirror and low light levels made shaving / make up very difficult. door arrangement where one door doubles as shower door and bathroom door was not very good and proximity to mirrored wardrobe door which would not stay closed was dangerous. general impression of bathroom looks great but poor functionality. the rest of the room was great nice touches such as a uk style socket. breakfast was very good and included in our rate. reception staff were wonderful - give us lots of tips and recommendations hotel location was super walking distance to acropolis, temple of zeus, plaka area etc.
