Very small room and very noisy (both from the street and from the rooms next to/above ours - walls must be very thin!) just a few coat hangers - no wardrobe to hang clothes in. the shower was fine the night we stayed but the following morning, there was no hot water and we had to have cold showers - not a good start to the day! the response was for the two small bottles of mineral water we took from the mini bar to be taken off the bill - hardly sufficient recompense.

Overall the hotel is very good and in an excellent location. the staff at the reception and the restraurant were very friendly and helpful. the overall quality of the room was much better than other london hotels. it had a decent size for two people, equiped with coffee/ tea facilities. toiletries were of good qaulity as and replaced daily. temperature of the room was just right. on the negative side, there was ocasionally a strange smell coming inside the room but it would go away after a while. there were some soundproofing problems with the other rooms but not so significant. bed linen were not changed during the three nights we stayed. major defeciency was breakfast. although the restaurant is nice and the staff was there to help you, the breakfast itseself is very basic, with no options. you are just getting what they are serving you (which is not much anyway) and in case you don't like something, tough luck you! you can go to the bakery next door and buy what you like (think it is operated by the same company). actually, there is no reason taking it unless you have pre-paid for it. to summarise we would definetely return back if found at a decent price, however we would avoid breakfast.

Just back from a weekend stay in london at myhotel bloomsbury with my two daughters. had a wonderful time. was a little nervous about some of the reviews i had read but i can honestly say we could not find any fault whatsoever. rooms were clean and cleaned every day. tea/coffee facilities were provided. continental breakfast which was included was plentiful and great choice i.e. cereals, pastries, croissants, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruit, nuts, dried fruit etc. very central to oxford street and leicester square. staff very helpful and friendly. our room was not ready when we arrived so we just left luggage and when we got back it was in room for us.

Perfect - large room with king bed with bath/shower. air con & radiator heating. great soundproofing on windows. dressing gowns. fantastic breakfast. free wifi. friendly staff.

Great hotel in a very central location. walking distance (5-10 minutes) to soho, covent garden, oxford and regent street (lots of restaurants and shopping) right next to british museum - free entrance - and tottenham court road station whereby the dominion theatre - we will rock you - is playing. staff at the reception and at the breakfast was very serviceminded. breakfast was fabulous and we had a nice size room (we recommend you to book a superior room if you want a little extra space) with very little noise even though it faced the street.

The hotel is very close to oxford str , soho. you can walk to all the hot spots in the city. our room was on the first floor. it was small but everything was clean. and the ceiling was very high so we didint change the room. the hotel has a very nice internet-room. you can sit , relax , have a cup of tea or coffee and use the internet for free anytime you want. lf we go to london again , me and my husband will choose this hotel for sure.

The hotel is efficient and modern with courteous and helpful staff. the bar-restaurant is excellent if a little pricey for meals. free wi-fi throughout was an advantage. probably the best value in top-end hotels in this part of london.

Very friendly and exceptionally well positioned hotel. staff were extremely helpful and friendly. right next to the west end and easy to walk to the shows, oxford street etc. the room was very small but well appointed, and the breakfast, although a cold buffet, would certainly appeal to the healthy eater. i would definately stay there again. good value for the facilities and the location

Excellent location.we were not on tube whole weekend. we were able to walk to covent garden, tate modern, festival pier,oxford street etc. only complaint was that initially we were given a room on 4th floor which stank of smoke in spite of having requested a non-smoking room. we were moved quickly when we complained.

Check in was quick and easy, electronic keys worked 1st time (and we got one each), hotel and rooms nicely decorated and good amenities, but rooms compact! breakfast was lovely, great selection.

A nice hotel in a great location my only complaint would be the size of the room as it was miniscule even though we went for the superior room. continental breakfast was excellent though and staff were always very helpful and friendly.

Well located on quite-ish street off tc road and easy walk to british museum and theatreland. very helpful and pleasant staff, nice room (a little small - but this is london) with all the toys - lcd television, radio/cd, tea-making, free bottled water, newspaper etc. etc. good quality fittings, linen, and bathroom towels. only problem was a window that wouldn't quite close. excellent breakfast included. highly recommended!

Très bon séjour, tout était parfait! le personnel est très aimable et nous a donné une chambre bien calme, sous les toits, après réclamation à cause du bruit de la première nuit, et cela toujours avec le sourire!les chambres sur bloomsbury street sont plus bruyantes...

We stayed at myhotel for a weekend break in london, the hotel is very central and ideal for shopping. the rooms were clean, modern but a bit on the small size however the bathroom was a good size. it had some nice touches such as full size bath towels (that you never tend to get in hotels) and a lovely powerful shower. breakfast was served untill 11am and check out was mid day which is also fairly rare. i really liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Ideal location for theatres, oxford street shopping and tube stations. friendly, informal atmosphere. pleasant, boutique style rooms and nice touch of aveda toiletries and big, fluffy bathtowels. excellent continental breakfast. this was my second stay and will definitely go again.

I couldn't fault the staff they were very polite although i didn't have any issues for them. the room was clean with a sony cd system,a flatscreen tv with skysports 1 !! ideal if you want to see a particular match !! his n hers towelling dressing gowns n slippers,shampoo,shower gel,coffee/tea/hot choc,kettle,bottled water,hairdryer. the bathroom was very nice also.the double room was small but as we only stayed one night didn't bother us too much.walls are sooo thin (i could hear an aerosol being used !!).the view from the room was a fire escape with building work going on next door. on arrival we had a nice chorus of pnematic drills to welcome us.but then that isn't the hotels fault. we used the hotel as a base to see a show and was perfect for us. breakfast was continental with a cafetiere of coffee served on request.
