Everything and everybody working in the hotel was efficient. rooms are nicely decorated and furnished. perfect location on the front at ouchy, overlooking lake. no need for taxi to get to hotel from lausanne station. metrobus to ouchy, every few minutes, stops outside station and hotel is only 2 minutes walk from ouchy stop. a ticket can be bought at the station tourist office. a lausanne travel card can be obtained at the hotel for free public transport during stay in lausanne, which will cover return travel to station
