L'hotel è bello e al centro di waikiki. le camere sono pulite anche se non grandi come ci si aspetterebbe dal prezzo che si paga. alla reception siamo stati trattati male, in modo scortese e sgarbato. siamo arrivati alle 13. ma la camera era pronta solo alle 15. ci hanno mandato via dall'hotel dicendo di ritornare dopo le 15. non ci hanno nemmeno offerto di sederci. la camera era talmente rumorosa che non potevamo permetterci di aprire la finestra.
