The check-in was disappointing. we booked a double room, but we were settled in triple. at the reception said that they didn't have other rooms. (we booked a room one month before arrival!) room was without air conditioning, window didn't open. the room was a lot of dust (on the bedside lamps, on the floor, on the table ..). we were very pleased with breakfast. friendly and helpful staff.

In general everything went smoothly during out stay at hotel. staff was polite and helpful. breakfast was reasonably good. room is ok, except the bed is too soft. hotel is well located to the shopping centers and in walking distance from old town. good parking place next to the hotel.

A good hotel on the edge of the old town. very clean and the room had a fridge (ideal to store water, fruit etc). the reception staff were friendly and helpful. we didn't eat at the hotel but the dining rooms looked good.

Hotel was nice and clean. room was big only bad thing, was that there wasn´t air conditioning, and the window show only reception not outside. breakfast was ok.

Il prezzo della prenotazione era molto basso. l'hotel è in una eccellente posizione in centro, a ridosso della "old town" vicino al terminal traghetti e anche ben messo per l'aeroporto.la mia camera era grande e spaziosa e veniva pulita tutti i giorni.il personale della reception gentile e disponibile.insomma è un hotel che consiglierei volentieri

Hotel is clean and comfortable. situation is perfect in rotermanni-shoppng area. room was nice with wooden floor and large bathroom.

Great location, short walking distance from the wonderful old city center and shopping. nice rooms, great with a fridge to keep water cold, great breakfast buffet until late morning.

My first time in tallinn, also in estonia. this hotel is well placed, just a short walk across a main street to get to the old town. price was very good. underfloor heating, very cousy. fast wifi internet, connected no sweat !! unfortuanatly during my stay some very noisy neighbours. shouting and thumping the walls, at 03.00hrs, hotel was very good to chenge my room for me. guys at reception very good to explain best places for drinking socialising etc. i'm go back and stay there for sure.

Reasonable priced hotel near enough city centre. service could have been much more friendlier, but that's common problem in estonia, they don't have service culture there, customer is not the king. hotel has free wireless network for internet use, but it's misconfigured or used equipments are too old to support virtual private networking (vpn) so i wasn't able to work at hotel room and reach my office mails. so i can't recommend this hotel for my colleagues at work, but i'll recommend it for my friends when they are doing leisure trips to tallinn. if there would not have been problems with networking, this hotel would be my new homebase during my regular business trips to tallinn, now i have to use some other hotel. breakfast was quite good :)
