Pasamos una noche en este hotel, ya que estaba muy cerca del teatro lope de vega (musical del rey león). el personal muy amable. al llegar, la habitación que había reservado para mis padres en cama de matrimonio no fue posible porque estaban ocupadas,así que tuvieron que dormir en individuales.

Hotel excelentemente situado, junto a la gran vãa. habitaciones amplias y limpias, aunque algo anticuado en su decoraciã³n (estã¡ en proceso de reformas). desayuno buffet correcto. personal atento y muy amable.

Vecchio hotel che ha conosciuto giorni migliori (molti anni fa). posizione ottima, molto vicino a varie stazioni metro. ottima accoglienza, servizi buoni e pulito. camere e arredamento da rimodernare. colazione abbondante ma poco varia. all'entrata e prima degli ascensori non sono presenti scivoli per passeggini/carrozzelle.

El hotel tenía una localización idónea, detrás de gran vía, en una calle tranquila. muy concorde con las estrellas que anuncia, habitaciones amplias y cómodas, buffet completo, trato inmejorable.

Hablo desde mi experiencia personal, me alojé dos noches en una habitación individual con desayuno, el precio era bueno si en realidad el hotel tuviese la calidad de un cuatro estrellas, pero al ser una habitación muy antigua, ruidosa, oscura y un servicio de desayuno de calidad, variedad y cantidad baja, al final lo barato sale caro. es cierto que está en la gran vía y te pilla todo a un paso, así que lo mejor es que prueben por sí mismos y si les gusta este hotel, repitan, yo desde luego, prefiero pagar lo mismo e irme a un tres estrellas, sabiendo que pago por un tres estrellas, así no me llevo desilusiones. por cierto, gran detalle no reponer, ni siquiera, los botecitos de gel y de champú.

Con € 75,00 una doppia a madrid con colazione a buffet a pochi metri dalla metro (plaza de espagna)in pieno centro non è male,certamente l'hotel avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento almeno nelle camere,il frigobar un pò scarso (acqua e coca a pagamento ) ma nel complesso va bene

Although from the outside the hotel is starting to look a little 'jaded', inside everything was as you would expect for a hotel of this rating. very clean, lush furniture, excellent bar and breakfast facilities. rooms big, light, and very comfortable. the staff were all very helpful and professional. my (our) only quibble was that the evening menu didn't offer the variety and depth that made any of us want to stay in and sample and dine. on a short stay, this is no problem as you want to see as much of madrid as possible, but persons staying for perhaps 10 days or more need to be enticed with a more extensive menu

Attraverso hotelclick ho pagato meno rispetto a quello che chiedeva l'albergo e quindi non mi lamento,ma certo che se avessi pagato il costo della camera come da listino dell'hotel non sarei stato contento,hotel vecchio, sarebbe da ristruttare,camera per essere un 4 stelle davvero squallidina,la peggiore che ho visto in un 4 stelle,ottima la posizione in pieno centro.colazione in una bella e elegante sala,mancava l'acqua gasata dal buffet e mi hanno detto che se la volevo la dovevo pagare..la si trova tranquillamente in hotel 3 stelle a gratis , ..comunque buon buffet e ricco.ripeto sono soddisfatto ma solo per il rapporto qualita' prezzo che ho trovato su hotelclick,non se avessi pagato quello che il listino dell'hotel richiedeva.

The hotel has good location.our room for 5 nights was not sound proof.you can hear the conversations,the tv,their alarm,and much louder in the middle of the night.we noticed the same thing with the other hotel in madrid,worst yet because you can hear the traffic and the street noise.the concierge is not well informed with activities other than the ones they're selling with a tour company.we felt like we were robbed in taking one of the tour that we paid 31 euro per person{there's 3 of us}and the actual ticket to see the bullfight was 4.50 euro each.it was 2 euro round trip to take the metro,which was not that bad.but the concierge did not know any of these things when we asked,only after we bought the tour that we found out.

The hotel is positioned downtown madrid and conveniently located with all major interesting attractions at walking distance.by the way the rooms look very old and only one floor is renovated,unfortunatelly dedicated to smoking guests only.
