I stayed with the mantra for 12 nights. reception and staff were professional and helpful. i had a one bedroom and the bedroom did not have a tv. i enjoy watching news at night before bed and it was disappointing the tv was not in the room as advertised. the room was serviced everyday. the unit floor in the kitchen were not cleaned. it got so sticky that i had to clean the floor myself. also, they did not refill the coffee and sugar daily. i had to contact reception twice to ask them to refill these items. i paid a lot to stay there and truly believe their service should have been better than i experienced.
