Quick visit

Very friendly reception and extremely helpful. whilst my room was small, it was very clean and quiet. the bathroom could probably do with modernising but was very happy with my stay.

Ballet trip

Our stay was very enjoyable, we were disappointed with the size of the room and bathroom, but very satisfied with the cleanliness. the staff were all, in every area, helpful and pleasant.

Genuine feedback

Ideally located for central manchester and all the sights etc. those guests who are taking part in national cat swinging contest give this place a miss cos the rooms are tiny and you are forever bumping into furniture, door handles etc. those who wish to meet and speak to a genuine manchester resident working in the hotel forget it. we found one as we were leaving who showed me a short cut to the car park (two streets away and cost £22. for two nights). be ready to explain your needs and enquiries twice maybe three times ... slowly.
