Creo que por haber pagado 87,00 euros por habitación doble con desayuno "continental" el desayuno es 2 rebanadas y media de tostadas con mantequilla y mermelada, y 1 café y 1 zumo..... eso no es continental es una estafa... y te dicen que si quieres el desayuno inglés (osea por añadir el plato de huevos, salchicha y baked beans) tienes que pagar 5,50 libras mas..... cuando fuera del hotel hay un bar que ofrece el completo desayuno inglés por 5,00 libras..... lo bueno es tener el metro al lado aunque no estas en centro londres sólo pierdes unos 20 min para ir al centro..........

Avevo prenotato e pagato per due camere matrimoniali, all'arrivo nessuna prenotazione risultava, mi sono dovuto accontentare di una stanzetta doppia ed una matrimoniale, i cui letti sono di una piazza e mezzo e non doppi. nei servizi manca asciugacapelli, saponi schampo e asciugamani.si fornisce un solo asciugamani medio. la colazione è misera e limitata.

A bed for the night

I was a little nervous about staying at the hotel lily as it hadnt received great reports, however, my origional choice was unavailable and we needed a cheap place to crash. i am relieved to say that the hotel wasnt nearly as bad as i had feared, yes, it was cheap, you do get what you pay for, but it was relatively clean, convenient, and secure. i got the feeling that the majority of the staff were not english, and did not really have a welcoming or hard working manor, but again, for £47 per night, i guess they were of a reasonable standard. as with any hotel, there are things i could "nit pick" about, but it is pointless for such a hotel. the bedroom and bathroom were quite small, the bed didnt seem so welcoming, but was, however, suprisingly comfortable. i would not have wanted to stay longer than a few days, nor would i recommend it a romantic get away or a family hotel, but if you dont expect too much, it is fine as a cheap bed for the night or two whilst sight seeing or partying. if breakfast is important to you, its worth knowing that the continental is simply toast and jam, the cooked breakfast looked ok, but was not included in our package. you cant check in until after 2pm, but we locked our luggage in a cupboard at reception until we came back that night, it was perfectly safe.

Hotel lily

L'albergo e' molto comodo da raggiungere e per spostarsi. e' in un quartiere tranquillo ed e' a due passi da earl's court (il tempio della musica). da consigliare quindi ai giovani. la colazione non e' a buffet. per default ti portano pane tostato e marmellata con caffe' o the', se qualcuno preferisce altro deve fare espressa richiesta. lo specifico perche' io e mio compagno ce ne siamo resi conto solo alla terza mattina. la prox volta ci organizzeremo meglio. direi che il guidizio e' positivo. non e' un albergo da luna di miele, ma e' molto pulito e aperto 24h su 24h. noi ci torneremo di sicuro, speriamo nel frattempo che abbiano aggiustato i 2 ascensori !!! 3 piani a piedi quelle 3 volte il giorno non sono un toccasana x le gambe !

Lily restera lily!

Les quelques jours passés dans cet hotel resteront inoubliables. j'ai choisi cet hotel pour sa position,(de earls court on peut se rendre facilement à l'aéroport h. et puis on est en plein centre de londres)cependant le bruit a été l'élément perturbateur de mes nuits dans cet hotel.la chambre était petite mais contrairement aux commentaires que j'avais lu avant de m'y rendre, la chambre était "totally clean"! le "continental breakfast" c'est que dal alors autant prévoir.... sinon le personnel est bien!

Does the job

This hotel is convieniantly located but nothing special. the breakfast was very good and the location is good, and there is a really nice pub across the street. if you don't mind travelodges, motels etc, you will like the hotel lily. it does what it says on the tin!

Don't bother

Despite the fact that this hotel is reasonably priced. it is disgusting. the staff are rude and the receptionist even more so . we arrived at 1.30pm soaking wet with rain and were told that we couldn't get into the room until 2pm. the room itself was filthy and the facilties that they said they had e.g. hair drier were not available. the bed springs were coming through the fabric and you would be well advised not to walk barefoot on the carpet!! the hotel ibis is just down the road and for £10 extra it's worth it

Per una o poche notte...si può fare

Siamo stati solo una notte...e per questo lo consiglio per il rapporto qualità-prezzo-posizione. ma di sicuro è un albergo veramente brutto, non pulitissimo, camere piccole, bagni orrendi, colazione scarsa (la british si paga e quella data gratuitamente consiste in 4 fette di pane abbrustolite). non conosco gli standard di londra...ma di sicuro tra soffitti bassi e buchi nei muri e ascensori che non vanno...non credo che niente sia a norma!

Un peu de laissez-aller... regrettable à 78 euros la nuit pour 2 av petit dej'!

Les chambres ne sont pas vraiment bien entretenues et très petites... tapisseries décollées, joints baignoire-douche sales et usés... bref, il y aurait de quoi refaire... les ascenseurs sont aussi un peu obsolètes! ceci dit l'hôtel se rattrappe par sa situation (500 m du métro et à 4 stations de métro du centre ville!)et son petit déjeuner appétissant. idéal pour jeunes couples en visite ou familles avec enfants, à petits budgets! tout le monde sait cependant qu'à londres, il est bien difficile de trouver moins cher pour une chambre "en-suite"en zone 1-2...!
