It depends on what you book.

Our room, a one-bedroom suite, had a big stain on the sofa, a chip on the table, and very cheap-looking furnishings, but a two-bedroom suite that we saw was very attractive, with more upscale and well-kept furniture. it was hard to get basic services such as soap for the shower -- we waited two days for this! on the plus side, the breakfast buffets were very good, and the location was good for the machane yehuda and the ben yehuda mall, and an easy taxi ride from the old city. we could not avail ourselves of their business computers because they did not work, but the wi-fi worked with our own tablet. the reception staff speaks english; others may or may not.
