Arrived at hotel at 9.0pm in the evening .from booking in at reception to ordering food in the bar the staff were the most helpful people i have ever encountered.t his carried on until booking out the next day .i would stay here again.

In sheffield to visit our son and his friends on his birthday. the hotel was clean and soundproof which was a good thing on a busy saturday night ! parking was very convenient just opposite and at £5 for the night good value for a city centre. just remember to scan the parking disc at reception !

+ welcome was good, hotel was clean, parking in nearby carpark was fine. hotel was well situated for town centre. room was quiet. room rate was good. shower was nice. - breakfast was expensive - we went out and got 3 cooked breakfasts pretty much for the price of one at the hotel. -- the worst was the bed - omg. what a horrible, saggy, wiggly mattress. = very little sleep. i would have slept on the floor if there had been a spare blanket in the room.

Great location for the city centre, clean and fresh room and public areas. good breakfast and good customer service throughout our stay. pleased with the parking across from the hotel for £4 for 24 hours

Good central hotel, ideal for city centre shopping, football, theatres etc. large, clean rooms, good selection for breakfast, helpful friendly staff. car park opposite.
