Pessimo hotel

Camera sporca da fare schifo. box doccia rotto. assenza di televisione in camera. telefono in camera rotto con fili scoperti!! coperta del letto macchiata. non raccomanderei questo hotel neanche ad un condannato a morte.

Non un 4 stelle ma un 2 stelle

Hotel che non merita 4 stelle ma 2 stelle. cmq le stanze erano pulite ma con insonorizzazione inesistente. colazione scarsa con cappuccino e caffè solo da macchinetta (orribile).

Contraste total avec relais garibaldi 34 via pratese ã  florence. moins cher, rien ã  dire, ou si peu.

Restaurant a eviter

Hotel qui veilli mal , trop bruyant,acceuil très sympa, trou dans la porte de la salle de bain et dans les murs de la chambre,moquette très sale , bonne a changer. le pire le restaurant tres cher ( 65€ pour 2 ) pour une qualité vraiment de routier, serveur dont vous avez l'impression de le faire plus chier qu'autre chose parlant tres mal l'anglais,attente pour l'entrée 20 mn et entre les deux plats 45 mn, en plus manquait les sauces et garnitures annoncés sur la cartes. on a manger dans des petits restaurants excellent en italie pour 30 e en moyenne pour 2

L'hotel da fuori si presenta bene, sono rimasta delusa dalla camera perche il letto non era comodo,la televisione non si vedeva,il frigo e'stato messo in fondo al letto e quindi per andare in bagno si passava appena,il bagno non era funzionale ( le piastrelle della doccia erano rotte e l'acqua non andava giu')insomma per essere un quattro stelle

Short week in pisa

Ok hotel with okay rooms. arrogant and non service minded reception!! placed quiet outside pisa with busstops nearby. easy to reach pisa, lucca and firenze from there. nice restaurants and small icecream and coffebar in the area.

The hotel was very pleasant, though i only stayed for one night so did not have the opportunity to make the most of the facilities. it was easy to locate and very visible from the main road; the room was clean and quiet; breakfast was good. reception staff were perhaps a little unfriendly at first, but helpful overall. i would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else.
