Location was good for us this is why we picked this hotel. we have also used this hotel on 3 other occasions. this time we noticed it had got very worn out and needs to be refurbished. fixtures in the rooms were very old. our sink was all cracked. tiles in the bathroom were broken. the glasses in the batheroom were absolutley filthy. tea & coffee had not been replenished since the last guest. breakfast you have to wait as they have not enough room for everyone to sit down. they put us on 2 bar stools and we had to make do. breakfast food was good though and good choice of food. dont think will use this hotel anymore 4 times is enough 3 good this last visit not good.
