Chambre numéro 9 étroite, chauffage trop fort, difficile à ajuster. air-conditionné désactivée en octobre. pas de multiple prise électrique (prise gauche occupé par le routeur wifi). verrou endommagé dans la salle de bain. connexion wifi ok. narrow room number 9, heating too hard, difficult to adjust. air-conditioning turned off in october. no multiple socket (left socket occupied by the wifi router). lock damaged in the bathroom. wifi ok.

We had a family room which was very nice, clean and modern. especially the beds were exceptionally good. breakfast was good and sufficient, however the coffee could have been better, but was still ok. there is nothing to complain about and the staff was very helpful all the time.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/ prix, il s'agit en réalité d'un hôtel 2* sans prétention. concernant la chambre la literie est de mauvaise qualité, nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit double, et nous avons finalement eu un lit avec deux matelas mal accolés, durant la nuit les deux matelas se sont écartés. âpres la première nuit nous avons demandé auprès de la réception d'avoir un lit double conformément a notre réservation requête qui a été ignorée. de plus le ménage de la chambre a été bâclé, diverses tâches sur la moquette et sur les draps. les consomables n'ont pas été recharge durant le séjour ( savon, dosettes de café). et pour finir aucune insonorisation, l'assenceur n'a fonctionné qu'une journée. pour conclure le malmaison porte très bien son nom.

Quite ok hotel for the price we paid for accommodation and breakfast. our room had big bathroom and a little balcony. walls are quite thin, so you can hear people next door. refrigerator in the room was a pleasant surprise. we had to keep windows open very late at night because of the smoke. obviously there were smokers in our floor, and the smoke in our room was occasionally so thick that it made breathing impossible, asthma medication was in frequent use. air-con didn't seem to work. didn't spend much time in the room though other than sleeping at night.

This hotel is in the central part of the city and was a five minute walk from the prom, if you get the bus from the airport for 4 euros you get off oposite negressco and walk straight up the next road where you can see the malmaison hotel at the top of the street. the reception staff were very helpful and the breakfast was the best continental we've had in nice. the room was spacious with a large balcony, it was also great having a fridge in the room to store pre dinner drinks (wine and more wine. i would stay here again on my next visit. if its your first time to nice, please use public transport its so much cheaper 1 euro to monaco

Nice modern hotel in a quiet location but close enough to main attractions to walk. double / twin room was nice with a balcony and large bathroom. however, i also styaed in a triple room - this was samller than the double, no balcony, pokey bathroom and the third bed was a roll away so was rather disappointed. free internet access was useful.
