Hotel management is by far better than my highest expectations
I will try to summarize what happened with me when i erroneously reserved 2 rooms on the 17th of march instead of september. i recognized the mistake which is totally mine 3 days after the erroneous booking on the 20th. would any one believe that on the same day i emialed the hotel advising them of my mistake and asking for their help, they fully refunded my money without any penalty or cancellation fees. we all know the no show policy and it was totally the hotel right to confiscate the money but they did not out of being noble and fair to their customers. really chapeau. i have rated the hotel 5 stars and i will repeat the same ratings upon actual accommodation to encourage and support this noble perception of customer service.
