Very poor

I was extremely unhappy with my stay here at the kings, when i booked i paid more in the hope not to get a budget room, the room was dark dingy and very old. i could have paid the same amount and stayed in a nicer hotel of which i will do in the future. my arrival service was very poor as the concierge wasn't even aware that i was there and had to stand waiting for a period of time until another person called out for them.
