My boyfriend and i stayed at the monaco for three nights over nye. the hotel itself is comfortable and the location is great, but what really made our experience wonderful was the staff. we got a detailed history of the building from warren on security, and the receptionists gave us a warm welcome whenever we were passing through. their approach to hospitality allows for a lot of personality, which made a welcome change from the stuffy, unnatural formality you get at most 4* hotels.
