After 10 minutes in the first room they gave us we switched because the room smelled and had a horrible view. there was no trouble from them to switch though and from there on out we had a nice room and a nice stay. place is clean and nice and best part is the great location. had a decent gym and small indoor pool which was good considering the city location. right in the middle of shopping, restaurants, etc, and bike rentals. never had to use a taxi or train to get anywhere. staff was very polite and helpful.
