Average city 3-star

This is a business and tour group oriented middle east 3-star hotel. rooms are acceptable and the reception staff were very obliging. no problem about arrival after midnight and also quickly arranged a desert castles tour at very short notice. breakfast was a problem when large amounts of guests arrived together but otherwise ok if a bit uninspiring. main problem with lifts. of three one worked all the time, one not at all and the third very sporadically.
