Never again!!

i reserved my 4 rooms for 4 nights 3 month in advance but because i booked through a second party i could not request joining rooms or even to have our rooms next to each other. when i checked in not only were our rooms not next to one another we were put on different floors. water in rooms took 5 minutes too warm up enough to get in and either turned cold or scolding hot before you were thru with shower.
