To begin with - very hard to find, nowhere to park to book in - bus stop in front of place, then wild goose chase to find parking building. no air conditioning in the rooms - thank god it wasn't that hot - couldn't have the door open too noisy. i thought very expensive basic room. only thing going for it was it was about a 10 min walk to the spark arena.

When we arrived it was impressive, however getting out of the lift & the corridor lights are flicking, we had no light in the bathroom at all. we were directly above construction work, with no air con in the rooms the only option was to open the doors/windows but the jack hammering was too loud to hear yourself talk. after talking to the staff (with no sleep 1 night) they did move us to an apartment which was much more pleasant. full credit to the helpfulness of the staff but we should not have been placed in the initial room at all.
