This hotel is in a perfect location. the deluxe rooms are a perfect size. i had requested a quiet city view room and that is exactly what i got. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the back of the hotel overlooked atlantic wharf and had beautiful views. it was a great way to unwind after a long day exploring the city.

Spent a 3 day weekend in boston for a milestone birthday celebration. family members came from all over the world. the function was held at the intercontinental so we stayed there. it was very convenient, and the facilities were very nice and well maintained. i thought it must have been remodeled, but when i asked at the front desk they said no, that the hotel was only 7 years old. 7 years is a long time, so they get an a+ for maintenance and care. they staff were very nice and accommodating, and a pleasure to do business with. all in all a great stay.
