Très bon hôtel, parfaitement situé,buffet petit-déjeuner copieux.chambres sur l'arrière très silencieuses. chauffage soufflant pas facile à régler. l'accueil au 1° étage, pas très pratique.

Stayed here for one night, one of the lifts was out of order, i was offered a quiet room or one on the street which was impressive. the room was fine only complaint being the air con was not working and found it a little stuffy, brerakfast was good polite waiters and plenty of food hotel is in a great position on the gran via located near to shops theatres and main tourist places

Un hôtel bien situé au centre sur la gran via, une réception à l'étage!!! mais un personnel de réception très attentif et sympa. le bémol c'est la taille des chambres supérieurs qui ne ressemble pas aux photo sur le site mas elles sont petites.

Great hotel, great price. rooms excellent, spacious and clean. also bathroom top class. 10 out of 10 location very central and convenient. the "ladies of the night" - they are there all day and night! - did not cause any problem, didn't even look our way. nothing to do with the specific hotel location since they appear to flood the whole of the gran via area (this appears to be a madrid problem which the authorities should sort out).

Stayed at this hotel october 2007. great location, great value, quiet room overlooking atrium but close to the main street. would recommend to anyone visiting madrid.
