Camere pulite ma datate . confort essenziale. personale gentilissimo cordiale e disponibile.alla reception negli orari notturni un solo addetto deve occuparsi di tutto. ne occorrono due almeno. posizione ottima a mio avviso. servita bene da bus, tram metro e stazione. colazione a buffet abbondante

Not bad but...

We have arrived the hotel at 10 am and had to wait till 14:00. we know about the checkin procedures but we have a 2 year old baby. they told that they can arrange a room as soon as possible and informed me to ask in a hour again. it was all ok. i went to ask if the room is ready about 1 pm and they said our room is still not ready and if we want they can give another room and we have to pay 15 euros for early check in although 1 hour was left for regular check in. if they would suggest this option in the morning i could understand but with a 2 year old baby waiting for 3 hours can not be accepted with this attitude. we checked in at 2 pm and the room which we were waiting till the morning for cleaning was smelling very bad. and when i informed the reception about this they changed the room immediately!!! the other things were not bad for a night stay.

Un buon compromesso per lo shopping!

Siamo stati all ibis hotel milano centro per una notte in occasione dei saldi. posizione comoda, a 20 minuti a piedi dal duomo e vicina anche alle fermate della metro.. la stanza è piccola ma per una notte va più che bene considerando la tariffa. raccomando la colazione. varia e buonissima!

Mostly excellent, but watch the lifts

Usual ibis good value for money, comfort, breakfast, and style. we will stay again, and overall standard was excellent. but if checking out during the morning busy time (that is, when the very large number of residents are trying to go up or down the lifts to breakfast or check out) give yourself masses of time. it's a big hotel, and there are many floors. for us each lift opened (we were on floor 5) to show it was full. then it slowly went to other floors and loaded up again. with heavy suitcases you can panic if you have a deadline to catch a plane or train, and cannot get on a lift. there aren't enough of them and one was inactive in the morning. a bit of chaos.

Ibis ne vous en donne pas pour votre argent

Assez mauvais rapport qualité / prix surtout quand on a rajouté la taxe de séjour réclamée à l'arrivée : 16 € pour 1 nuit à 2 ! accueil : passable p. déj. : très ordinaire (machines à café en panne etc ...) et choix limité ... (pas de miel etc ...)

En dehors de la situation en plein centre ville, éviter cette hôtel. pas de climatisation en raison de la date de réservation donc il faut ouvrir les fenêtres et la en raison du bruit extérieur il vaut mieux dormir dehors et vous ferez des économies. quand au petit déjeuner il est digne des prestations des hôtels français surtout celles du groupe accor donc nul+nul.

Hotel fantastico

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti. struttura moderna, pulitissima,odore di pulito ovunque. stanza piccola ma funzionale, bella, moderna completa di tutto. buona colazione e ottimo staff, sia alla colazione e i due ragazzi alla reception, massima gentilezza e simpatia. e' l'hotel migliore dove ho soggiornato a milano. la sera pioveva e abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel, tutto squisito. metro vicina. torneremo qui

Favoloso ibis

Molto soddisfatta di aver prenotato una camera (per 2) presso ibis! pulito, ordinato, attento ai bisogni del cliente. tutti molto cortesi e gentili. colazione abbondante e per ogni gusto e palato. io e il mio ragazzo (non italiano) siamo rimasti molto contenti dei conforto che ibis ci ha offerto. perfetto!

Comodo ed economico

Molto comodo ed economico per un soggiorno a milano, vicino alla stazione centrale, vicino alla fermata del tram e della metro ma con una bella passeggiata si può arrivare anche in centro a piedi. camere spartane , senza troppe pretese, buona la colazione, gentile e molto disponible la reception lo consiglio vivamente e consiglio hotels click .com con loro ho pagato solo 58 euro per una notte compresa la colazione eccezionale!

Albergo in ottima posizione, personale molto disponibile, un appunto che devo fare, è in merito allo spiazzo d'avanti all'ingresso dell'hotel dove si assemblano un sacco di persone a fumare creando un ambiente maleodorante e nauseante. bisognerebbe creare un locale idoneo ,dove chi vuole intossicarsi...... lo possa fare a sue spese e non a spese degli altri! per il resto niente da dire!
