the room and toilet was small but good enough for the price we are paying. the room is always clean. however, there is no hair dryer provided so you have to borrow them from the reception. they charged my card 20 euro for the hair dryer and then returned it when i gave them back the hair dryer. i think this is the first time that a hotel has charged me 20 euro for borrowing a hair dryer! i think the peole in the reception desk need some rapport with guests most especially the male receptionists. they never smile and are always very serious and frowning.
