I stayed recently to be within walking distance of soldier field, which was a pleasant 10 minute walk away. 24th floor, great view. the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. teran (i believe that was his name), at check-in, was very pleasant and helpful. asked for additional towels and they were brought to my room within 10 minutes. the hotel was very organized regarding parking - making sure that only hotel guests parked in the attached garage and i was able to pay the $25 (24 hour fee with in and out privileges) with my room bell at check-out. this hotel was exactly what i would expect for what i paid and i would stay again.
