The views from the hotel are fantastic. one side, downtown boston, the other side, boston logan airport right there in front of you. the hotel is right by the airport but you can take a water taxi for ten minutes (20 dollars return) to downtown. rooms are large, service excellent.

We chose this hotel for location on the water (harbor) and close to the airport. the location was ideal, a 10 minute free shuttle ride from the airport and 15 minutes by taxi to downtown boston . we never heard planes, no noise problem at all. staff were professional and accommodating. every courtesy was offered. luxurious beds and pillows...very comfortable. we gladly would stay at this hotel again!

Arrived at hotel after 7hr flight go be told it was oversold and we were to be put up in courtyard by marriott 1.5 miles away. totally unacceptable and after 15mins explaining to front desk manager it was about standard of hotel he eventually got us a place at the hyatt downtown, despite telling is it was full. fortunately we didn't have an early check in the following day as this hotel was 20mins from airport. pretty poor service from harborside
