Not that impressive...

I booked this hotel for my family of 4 because we were going to a concert and i wanted to be able to park my vehicle in secure parking at the hotel and be able to walk to the venue. the parking lot was only *maybe* 20 spots in a completely unsecured lot across the street from at least 2 smoke shops and kitty corner to 25 cent peep shows. we checked in with no issue by a friendly worker, but when i asked about getting a parking pass, was told the lot was already full for the night and i’d have to find a parkade elsewhere. the smell of stale perfume in the claustrophobic elevator and down the hallways was nauseating, and i was less than impressed to open the door to our room and find a single double bed. i called down to the front desk after checking online to see if i could book a larger room, but was told that the hotel was completely full. if you’re looking for the ice bucket, you’ll find it above the toilet, which was rather unsanitary... trying to find a parkade that had 24 hour parking was a pain, and when we finally found one, the first vehicle in the first spot had its back window smashed in and the owners standing beside it looking stunned. helpful hint, if you do need to park in the parkade, download the app so you don’t have to wake up at 6am to pay for more parking. it’ll save you the headache of having to dispute the ticket too.
