καλη τοποθεσια,κοντα στο μετρο.απελπιστικα μικρα δωματια και παλια.μπανιο ανακαινισμενο.ασανσερ μικρο και με πολυ κινηση.το πρωινο παμφτωχο,σαλαμι -κασερι-κρουασαν-αυγο-γιαουρτι και κατι ψιλα.το spa στο υπογειο καθαρο αλλα υπαρχουν προβληματα στην κρατηση,διπλο τσεκαρετε την κρατηση σασ.δεν διαθετουν ανταπτορεσ για τισ μπριζεσ,αγοραζεισ απο τον μπακαλη τησ γειτονιασ!!!!!!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in camera doppia con mia figlia. la posizione è comoda e vicina (5 minuti a piedi) dalla metro. la camera era veramente piccola, il letto matrimoniale alla francese (diciamo una piazza e mezza) era accostato alla parete e rimanevano circa 40 cm per passare! armadio molto piccolo, in linea con altri alberghi già visti, dotato però di phon, bollitore, cassaforte. il bagno era ristrutturato, con box doccia nuovo per cui buono. la colazione inclusa abbastanza soddisfacente, viste appunto le esperienze precedenti: pane tostato, burro marmellata, yogurt e cereali, caffè, the, cappuccino, brioche (non molto buone), uova (ogni giorno diverse, bollite, frittata, ecc.) formaggio e un tipo di affettato indefinito, macedonia in scatola, insalata, insomma, abbastanza varia! e' possibile lasciare i bagagli alla reception. nella hall c'è a disposizione terminale e stampante a pagamento per eventuale chek in. connessione internet free sia in camera che nella hall. nel complesso giudizio positivo!

Couloir plutôt que chambre, la largeur de la chambre et égale à la largeur du lit. chauffage à 10 cm du lit, impossible de le réduire ou de le couper; la réception dit qu'elle n'y peut rien. sol bruyant au moindre pas. lavabo bouché ainsi que le bac de douche. petits déjeuners médiocre. a fuir

Hotel no centrico pero muy cerca de la parada de metro queensway que pertenece a la linia central. a escasos metros de hyde park. el desayuno un poco pobre pero al nivel de otros hoteles de londres. las habitaciones normales, algunas de ellas un poco pequeñas, pero para ir unicamente a dormir y desayunar es mas que correcto. el trato de los recepcionistas muy bien, dos de ellos hablan castellano. en una zona muy tranquila. es la segunda vez que me alojo alli y volveria a repetirlo sin dudar.

Hotel pulito con posizione molto strategica, personale molto cordiale, vicinissima la stazione metro di queensway e di bayswater, comodissima anche x i pullman.

This is a hardship hotel. their lift is old and i got stranded once inside for 5 minutes. on my third day in the hotel, the lift was broken down. asked the staff about it, he was nonchalant over this problem. we climbed the stairs 5 floors up and down each time and other guests were complaining that noboby would helped them with their luggage and they did the heavy lifting themselves up and down, for checkin and checkout guests.the rooms are terribly small and cramp plus no air-conditioned in the suumer. during the day, it was oven hot inside the room.

Very small rooms for a 3 star compared to australia and paris for example. first room we stayed in for 7 nights was small and the bathroom was smelly. very hot also. stayed again for one night after returning from paris. would not have done so if not already booked and paid for. the 2nd room was even smaller than the first, but at least the bathroom did not smell. continental breakfast was very basic compared to paris. still, only a place to sleep and did not get in the way of a fantastic holiday. would not recommend.

Very nice and friendly staff. continental breakfast was lovely and able to have up to 10am if required. clean and confortable but room seemed small, but still good for the price in london.

We booked this hotel at a very competitive price and were not expecting it to be that comfortable, given the price rate. it is an average three star hotel, with friendly staff, nice food and very quitly located. there is only 1 small elevator for the whole hotel and i hope they are working on that problem because it does slow you done in your programme, especially when you have luggage. but i can definetly recommend it if you want to sleep in a quiet, clean room without too much luxury.

Ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità (in relazione alla tariffa eccezionale da noi ottenuta!!!) bellissimo albergo "middelclass" in posizione ideale, in un quartiere stupendo. simpatica e gentile la ragazza siciliana (natascia) della reception (febbraio 2009).
