The Holiday Inn Walsall is conveniently located adjacent to the M6 motorway on Junction 10 and just 5 minutes from the M5 and 10 minutes from the M54. The 156 spacious ensuite bedrooms are well appointed with air conditioning, high-speed wireless internet access, tea and coffee making facilities... Slap happy
The room was fine even though we were placed in a disabled room. the girl behind the bar had had no training and we had to tell her how to pull a pint of beer. the queue got rather large and not one other member of staff came to help her out. breakfast was a joke. the hot food was empty and we had to tell staff to bring some more out of the kitchen. there were no cups, glasses, fruit juice, the coffee and tea were not marked which was which. we had to ask staff continually for things. basically it was like faulty towers.
