This is an excellent hotel and it is always a pleasure to stay there. the hotel is run very efficiently and well with friendly staff. it is worth staying for the breakfast alone which is superb. even though the hotel located some distance from central london, the gloucester road tube station is very close as are the museums, albert hall etc.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was clean and comfortable and we were on the 22nd floor so the views were amazing! it was in a convenient spot, with hyde park not too far away and tube round the corner so we could go further afield.

Personale multilingue competente e disponibile. colazione inglese ottima. camere silenziose, pulite. non molto grandi (siamo a londra ) ma con una vista meravigliosa. posizione abbastanza centrale e metropolitana a due passi. eravamo in sei e siamo rimasti tutti più che soddisfatti e pensiamo di ritornarci in futuro.

L'albergo si trova in una posizione ottima per chi vuole girare londra , è situato a pochi passi dalla fermata del metro di gloucester road (linea blu) che porta direttamente in centro. le camere sono molto piccole ma i letti sono grandi e molto comodi. nell'albergo c'è la connessione wi-fi ma è carissima (16 sterline al giorno) ed anche i computer nella business lounge sono a pagamento.

Avevo già soggiornato con soddisfazione in questo hotel negli anni passati. ma questa volta ho commesso l'errore di arrivare alle ore 21,00 e mi hanno dato una stanza orribile dove avevano tolto pure il frigobar !! e non è stato possibile cambiarla! la cosa che poi mi ha ancor più infastidito è che il wi-fi che a londra è gratis anche in mezzo alla strada!! qui te lo fanno pagare 5 gbp l'ora. una vergogna visto che in tutti gli alberghi di categoria minore, nei bar, e praticamente dappertutto è gratuito! per il resto nulla da eccepire. alla reception il personale è accogliente e c'era anche chi parlava la lingua italiana. la posizione è molto buona soprattutto se si arriva da heathrow. il prezzo (grazie allo sconto riservatomi da hotelsclick) è stato conveniente visti gli standard di costo londinesi.

Excellente situation pour cet hotel. petit dejeuner anglais tres bien. cependant nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans une toute petite chambre avec un lit double et une chauffeuse en guise de lit supplémentaire, une fois ouvert nous ne pouvions plus bouger, ni accéder aux toilettes. pas de réfrigérateur ni de mini bar dans la chambre contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site. en revanche l'hotel est très propre et bien entretenu. le personnel est très attentif et professionnel.

Booked the hotel for a very good price for london. room was nice clean and had all the things you would expect. very helpfull staff and a fabulous buffet breakfast. literally 100m from the tube station so brilliant location. we had a great two night stay.

Stayed for 3 nights for long weekend break with 2 yr old. great base for exploring kensington museums etc. ok, looks a bit like a tower block from outside but clean and modern decor. had breakfast package, lots of options, service very quick despite being busy. booked cot in advance and it was there when we arrived. staff very helpful and child friendly.

L'albergo si trova in un bellissimo quartiere molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana di gloucester road, servita da ben tre linee e collegata direttamente con l'aeroporto di heatrow. le stanze sono abbastanza piccole ma confortevoli e pulite. il personale è molto gentile. la prima colazione a buffet è ottima. la reception ci ha offerto tutte le spiegazioni che abbiamo chiesto, l'unica nota è che nessuno parlava italiano. il prezzo veramente conveniente.

El hotel está muy bien pero creo que debería tener internet gratis en el hall y más presión en los grifos porque se hace algo insuficiente ducharse, seguro que es por ahorrro y ecología pero creo que está algo justo.

Had 3 rooms, all smallish. they offered larger ones for stg. 35/room/per night (or an additional $70/night). good location. big hotel, lots of guests wandering around. rooms clean and staff friendly.

The hotel rooms are a bit too small for comfort. the door to the bathroom was a very heavy and difficult to open/close sliding door. our room was on the side in front of a railway and it was very noisy. the room also had visible dust and dirt around the corners and the beds were badly stained. the reception staff did not give us any information regarding the facilities. i thought the bar and breakfast room was the small area serving drinks and food, but there was a large english type bar and alternative much better stocked breakfast room on the first floor. we missed out on these options the first night. the location was convenient and the facilities qood, when you realised they were there. the hotel staff were friendly in the main.
