Easy to find and access. fair sized room for london. fantastic location, close to the high street, pubs, etc. really helpful staff and in particular the catering team for breakfast were brilliant!

We arrived early for check in but the friendly staff quickly made sure that we were allocated a room so that we could get out and about. throughout the weekend the staff were excellent and the rooms were fine plus the location is perfect for camden market. would recommend this hotel and will be staying again in the future

We booked the hotel because of the location and were not disappointed! our room overlooked the lock and we were literally 2 minutes from the heart of camden and the market. there were groups outside the bar next door until late but as we were quite late this didn't disturb us. families with younger children or those looking for an early night might not want 'lock view' rooms. the room was clean and functional. the bar and restaurant were light, modern and well decorated. we were very impressed with the service we received. all staff (reception, restaurant and housekeeping) were helpful, friendly - and smiled! thank you!

We would certainly stay again. very helpful staff, good breakfast. attractive stylish interiors. can be noisy at night so could not have left the window open but the room had air con so not a problem.

Best hotel in camden, excellent location, just a few steps from camden market. nice rooms although the standard double was a little small, ideal for one or two nights. would stay here again.

A short walk from camden town tube station. a warm welcome from reception staff. we upgraded to an executive room which was worth every penny. a nice breakfast. the location was excellent for the markets and tube.

Lovely clean and modern rooms. inclusive continental breakfast was good with lots of cereals, yoghurts, meats, bread etc. secure underground parking nearby (10 mins walk) for £13 per 24hrs - ask reception for directions. beware the traffic wardens in camden, they are everywhere and very very efficient ;-(( our friends paid £130 excluding breakfast for exactly the same room on another site, ours was £83 including breakfast !!

Generally a good hotel. nearer to three stars than four stars. i was lulled to sleep by the soothing tone of police sirens, in a highly unsalubrious area.

This is a lovely hotel. staff were very friendly. lovely big room. fabulous breakfast. got the 24 or 29 bus into trafalger square(4 mins walk to bus stop.buy daily ticket from machine beside bus stop.).then could get loads of connecting buses from there.£3.50 lets you use the buses all day. most evenings we ate in strada (italian restaurant) just 3 mins walk from the hotel.it was very good.

Holiday inn camden lock is in perfect location - just few steps from camden lock underground. to and from the city is easy with bus or underground. the service on the hotel is pefect- breakfast (english) is a pleasure and everybody is helpfull

We turned up to be told that they had no room booked in our name. luckily we had the conformation from hotelsclick.com. the hotel staff were the friendliest and most efficient we have come across on our many stays away from home. the problem was dealt with straight away, and after a quick wander round camden we had a room. throughout our stay, staff were consistently polite and friendly, makes for a much more relaxed break. we love the camden town experience, but it is not for everyone!!

We travelled from cork in ireland (two couples) checked out many hotels online but settled on camden lock. we had a great stay there. the hotel was top of the range. excellent service beautiful room, the bar had a very nice atmosephere as did the whole hotel. breakfast was also great. i would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in london, as you are very close to the tube station.camden lock itself with its bridges was right behind the hotel and a beaufiful sight. there was a huge market also with lovely arts and crafts as well as many other stalls.
