Comfortable rooms, helpful staff

I stayed here for 2 nights for a conference, having previously stayed here 2 years ago for the same conference. i like the location of the hotel, which is not too far from the train station or the manchester central conference centre. the reception staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. breakfast has a reasonable range of options - not loads like other places but it's nice that it's included so you don't have to worry about paying extra. overall a nice central hotel for business, but doesn't have a gym/pool for a more leisurely stay.

Excellent!

Stayed at holiday inn express oxford road manchester r for one night and it was in the perfect place for our theatre and shopping trip. the staff were really pleasant and helpful from the moment we arrived advising on the best ways to get around and gave out maps of the city centre. the room was comfortable and spotless with a large bathroom and shower. breakfast was great too and again staff were friendly and helpful. i would definately stay again.

Excellent hotel

This holiday inn express is perfect. the price was good, it was very modern, felt relatively new throughout, it was immaculately clean, staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. about 20 minute walk into the city of manchester. parking opposite via euro car parks was discounted and was £7:50 for 24 hours which is not too bad for town centre parking. would definitely recommend this hotel

Great nights sleep

Recently came 2 manchester 4 the stone roses gig and stayed 2 enjoyable nights at the hotel. quick check in by a polite young man. the room was spacious with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast had a good selection of cereals, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausages, beans & toast jams, friendly staff even though it was help yrself which wasn't a problem. i also liked that you could take yr breakfast back to yr room. i would recommend this hotel.
