Great location, 5 mins walk from vauxhall station. room was small, bathroom tiny but overall clean and tidy. i would stay there again.

I booked a twin room for sole use. what i actually got was a single room with two beds in it! if i had wanted tiny room i would have booked a single. very uncomfortable. extra bed in the way of plug sockets and hairdrier. in fact, i would have thought to have a bed touching plug sockets would contravene health and safety regs.

Pleasant well located hotel. roadside bedrooms are noisy. chaos at breakfast with no hot drinks,and only toast to eat.very bad smell in bathroom

Refurbishment now finished - basic clean no frills hotel which can be accessed from the north via ring road without incurring congestion charge short walk to vauxhall tube on bus stop staff pleasant car park expensive but this is central london with the centre accessible within an hour on foot. rooms comfortable plumbing good

The hotel was in a great location not far from vauxhall tube station. you could get the number 88 bus across the road to westminster abbey and trafalgar square to the national art gallery. buses were very regular. we got the bus to westminster abbey in about 10 min then saw big ben walked through st james park up to bucklingham palace then walked through green park up to piccadilly went to see the ritz where you have to book afternoon tea then walked to chinatown and then down to leicester square and down to covent garden and got the tube home. everything was within walking distance so it was easy to get around and see london. the area around the hotel is not great not many restaruants there there is a few spanish resataurants not far from the hotel but that is it. the safe in the room was not working but the rooms were safe. the room was freezing now the weather was cold but the radiator was not giving out enough heat so we had to get extra blankets but they could not give them to us till the next day so we could not sleep with the cold. the staff at reception were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely basic but you could have cheese on toast with ham or crossiant and cheese cappucino from machine was lovely and the orange juice from the machine was also good. the hotel was in a great location and it was excellent value for the price you would not get a b&b in dublin for that price. i would definitely stay there again and i would recommend it. we went to dance salsa and there was two clubs in vauxhall that we went to which were walking distance from the hotel which was great. bar rez on the saturday night was great.

Facilmente raggiungibile e ben servito da bus e metro. l'hotel è ancora in fase di rietrutturazione ed abbiamo risentito della mancanza di una hall accogliente e di una vera sala bar per colazione ed intrattenimanto. in fondo ancora abbastanza squallido. in seguito.. chissà! la stanza poteva anche andar bene se non fosse che avevo un disabile in carrozzina al seguito. avevo chiesto una stanza accessibile ai movimenti, invece con tre letti in mezzo abbiamo avuto difficoltà.. per fortuna almeno il bagno era abbastanza grande ma senza maniglie e punti di appoggio (altra difficoltà). mai cambiato le lenzuola in una settimana. insomma ci avevano detto che l'hotel aveva due stanze attrezzate per disabili.. ma chissà a chi le avranno date!

La posizione è buona servito molto bene da autobus e metro,il prezzo è buono,solo la pulizia della stanza deve essere migliore specialmente per le abitudini di noi italiani,comunque ci tornerei
