Hotel was well located, near the railway station and shopping area. service was good. breakfast was good. room was very small, but adequate and it was a single, i think. the only real issue was that every morning the noise of other people opening th esecurity chains and bedroom doors meant that everyone got woken up. so if you stay here, go to bed early and get up early.

Good central location in birmingham city centre. close to trains stations. the outside of the hotel was not as impresive as inside. the reception area was nice and good service. the room was a lovely large size, with a double kingsize bed, with a fantastic new and very clean bathroom. highly recommended.

This hotel was perfect, really central and a gorgeous room. breakfast was yummy too. don't know what the photo on this site is though because it doesn't look anything like that!? would definitely recommend it.
