Holidday inn

Posizione ottima accanto alla stazione amsterdam rai collegatissima anche con tram e bus. nota negativa la reception, al nostro arrivo, ore 11:30, ci hanno detto che la camera era disponibile alle 14:00, invitandoci a ritornare alle 14:00 senza neanche facci accomodare nella hall.

Less than expected

In a 4 star hotel you expect at least to get a small courtesy service... this doesn't happen at the holiday inn ams altough the price for the room was over 100 € per night....
