The hotel was not upto the standards of the hilton brand. the staff were nice but not particularly helpful, and wanted to shrug you of as soon as possible without going an extra mile to help. i had a parcel delivered there but the guest services couldnt find it under my name, and i had to convince them by requesting multiple times to look under different variations of my name since being a long surname of south asian origin many people usually get the spelling wrong. only after convincing did they manage to find it. also while checking in, when i told the receptionist that my phone died and i'll forward the voucher to her later, i got eye rolls from her! otherwise the stay was pleasant and i would recomend this hotel only if you have a layover or need to catch the flight from lax since its so close and they provide free shuttle services to the airport. the room was clean but old. the hallway on the room floors were not even airconditioned! not expected from the hilton brand
