Pleasant and very helpful staff. not as good up to date as the hilton hotels in uk though...i got an equivalent hilton a few days later in london at 4* and it was much cleaner / modern / appealing that it's 5* couisin in helsinki! spa could have been a lot better for a 5* hotel! many uk 4* hotels put that place to shame!

Real 5 star experience!

Can highly recommend this hotel. stayed there with my family 4-5 years back but didn't remeber that it was so nice then. hilton breakfast, always nice. tried both the lunch menu and the dinner menu - perfect mix and very good quality indeed! nice calm atmosphere. good gym & leisure fascilities. *** 100% satisfied with this stay ***

It's not a five-stars hotel!

The window of our room left in a court yard of the hotel instead of the "sea". my wife and i were placed in room with two separate beds which could not be shifted together! furniture was very old. there was no even a free bottle of mineral water in our room. hotel level actually is no more then three-stars.

Good location, nice staff, big rooms and nice water view

I have already visited a few hotels in helsinki and this one was the best. very nice staff, big rooms with big windows and i had front water view. beds where nice. very good location, just a few min walk to the city center and near public transport/station. near supermarket and open-air market. only minours are no free internet, which i had in the other hotels i staid and where cheaper in price. overpriced minibar compared to other hotels. no possibility to make thee/coffee in the room. but overall i can recommand this hotel. top.
