Arrived to find full of rugby supporters for the match at cardiff.initially sent to a room that was already occupied after waiting for an hour,then told no rooms available despite continual stream of rugby people finding rooms.had to wait in bar for over an hour until the magic hour of 3.00 pm which apparantly was booking in time,then still no room available until i got rather angry. the worst bit was the rugby fans getting back to the hotel at 2.00 am very drunk and noisy waking me up,nevet to go back to sleep.i felt thoroughly washed out and unrefreshed for my course the next day and wish i had travelled by train on the day however early i had to get up!
