Amazing experience

It was my first time to book a hotel room in doha and with hotelsclick.com but the booking was a nightmare at the start. i called the hotel a day before to confirm my reservation but i was shocked to find out that there no reservation or confirmed booking for me. i had to call hotelsclick.com hotline in france 4 times and u.s. two times just to straighten things out. fortunately the filipina receptionist at hilton was very patient and accommodating and she was really helping me out with my concern . i think her name was jana or something. i forgot already. she really was amazing. as for the gym,the pool, the beach. mawasem restaurant, blanco lounge and high heels it was amazing. very accommodating staff. special mention to the bell boy who helped us with our things and the security staff of blanco lounge and high heels. they were really friendly and accommodating. unlike the lady receptionist of high heels which quite frankly was a snob. i will be coming back. but i don't know if i still want to book my room thru hotelsclick.com i did saved money by booking with them but i had to spend more since i had to do overseas calls to both france and us since they don't have a doha hotline just to straighten things out. what is i didn't call ahead and confirmed with the hotel for sure i will be left with the most horrible eid experience.
