Would not honor the reservation. the clerk stated, "i know what you reserved, i read your reservation. but you reserved with a third party and we do not honor this type of reservation." old and worn out but clean. all blocked off. looks like the owner is milking it until it falls down completely. no effort to maintain any of the exterior lights. total blackout from the street until you get in the front door. looks like they are catering to group tours on a budget. would have been acceptable if they would have honored the reservation for the room shown on the website.
