I have just returned from a wonderful week holiday at h10 timanfaya hotel. out of all the hotels i have been staying over the years i can say that this is one of the top ones. the hotel is huge and beautifully positioned on a long beach promenade where you can walk and explore the beauty of playa blanca and its marina with the relaxing sound of the sea. i have arrived at the hotel quiet late in the evening and when i checked in i was told at the reception that food was waiting for me in the restaurant. i was pleasantly surprised of the welcoming. but that was only the start of a wonderful wonderful holiday…the hotel has two large outdoor swimming pools, great to cool off when the sun was up, huge area to sunbed with plenty of sunbeds for everyone to relax in the sun. the restaurant was amazing…a vast variety of great food…every night they had a different theme. the waiters and chefs were very professional and always with a smile on their faces making you feel like home. the room was huge with a very big bed and a nice balcony, very clean and comfortable. the cleaning lady was very friendly and nice. in the evenings they have great entertainment. my favourite was the piano bar, really relaxing and pleasant extended with a roof terrace with beautiful views of the island. something not to be missed is the walk up the mountain behind the hotel from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of playa blanca. however what it makes this hotel special is the wonderful staff always polite and professional, always smiling and willing to help even when they have to deal with unpleasant and over demanding customers. i would like to thank to all members of staff for making my holiday so wonderful, but mostly to yeray santana who has been extremely helpful, very pleasant and professional every time i needed information in regards to the services the hotel provided as well as the places i could visit. i could not thank you enough! simply a beautiful experience to be remembered always…i will definitely come back.
