Our flight schedule was changed both ways by 6 hours. as it was only one night stay, we decided not to travel. i contacted both – the hotel (by phone) and hotelclick (by email) to allow us to change the reservation date for the future. but we were not allowed to do this. we have lost the full amount we paid for one night stay – 89.00 eur. this seems a huge amount of money for the hotel and hotelclick as they refused to change our reservation date!!! also the hotelclick sent me the booking confirmation with the incorrect reservation cost of 167.50 eur instead of 89.00 eur. i hade to send them at least 10 emails to get this sorted! i also had to ring my bank regarding this issue. i am exstremly dissapointed with both - the hotel and hotelclick and never use their service again.
