I arrived at the hotel at around 7pm on 13th september 2014. i was told very rudely that the hotel had forgotten to update its booking system and that the hotel was actually booked out for an event. the man at reception, was rude, useless and a waste of space. he actually smiled when he said it was probably the hotels fault. please avoid this hotel and its terrible service. to hear this when you've just travelled 500 miles is not very nice.

Hotel situé dans un cadre remarquable , a proximité de lieux touristiques comme fort williams, glenncoe valley ou oban. le jardin est superbe et la vue sur le loch exceptionnelle. le service est standard mais les chambres sont spacieuses. il s 'agit d 'un hôtel pour tourisme et non pour affaires qui conviendra parfaitement aux familles ou aux personnes souhaitant le calme et la sérénité.
