Staff extraordinary, breakfast for 5 stars, location perfect central and short walk to most important sights. only small problem with air conditioning. i had to turn it off in room 542 since it was keeping temperature around 23 while i wanted it warmer. i asked to the front desk to check it up, but nothing happened. thanks god it was still not so chilly outside so i didn't ask again. i asked to take out all feathery covers because of allergy and they brought me only another two pillows that did not have feathers and covers and old pillows were left in the room. all together it was a nice stay and i would reccomend this hotel to others.
