There was a serious problem with the water and the man who was standing in the reception,wasn't in mood to help us!i call him at 12 to help me,and he told me:"this time you want to have a bath?i'll try to come up and show you how to use it.." however,an other man in the morning was very kind,and managed to explain to me everything.

The location is great, only a few minutes away from oxford and bond street for shopping and the sights. the room was ok and clean but there is no elevator and we had some problems with the shower. we had only cold water!

The room was cold, horrible, and disgusting. we have never before seen a reception that was so filthy and it smelt like old sweet, just like our room. don’t ever use your money on this hotel. my daughter and i had paid in advance on the internet, and came very late at night, so we had to spend a few hours in an old bed with a filthy carpet. we went early in the morning, we could not take a bath, the shower did not work - and without any breakfast!

Not very friendly reception , not very clean room and quite expensive! the location is the only real positive point...
