Nice staff, friendly and helpful room could be cleaned better. good breakfast. couldn't use the swimming pool because it was closed even if the weather was great

We were welcomed by the front desk attendants and especially one gentleman who was very efficient and cordial to our group of 7 who needed 3 rooms. easy place to get to from the boat bus and close to all the touristy points as well as far away from the hustle and bustle. great bar next door and a couple of great restaurants nearby(50 yds).

Hotel sicuramente comodo per la posizione centrale e per la vicinanza sia alla stazione ferroviaria sia ai principali monumenti della città (piazza san marco, ponte di rialto, cannaregio, ghetto ecc..) la stanza che mi è stata assegnata però era troppo piccola per un 4 stelle, il letto era formato da due letti singoli accostati, quindi un po' scomodo ed il bagno si è allagato perché lo sportello della doccia non era adeguato. inoltre la camera non era ben insonorizzata. buona ed abbondante la colazione. buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Fabulous hotel which was within close proximity to the rialto bridge and st marks square. staff were fantastic and the hotel was in typical venetian style.

Really nice and even a quite a bit elegant hotel in perfect location: away from the masses, yet close to the action - just a few minutes walk to the rialto and on to san marco. rooms are nicely decorated, and ok-ish sized. reception and breakfast staff are very much and authentically friendly and caring. good to reach from airpot (alilagune linea blu, just two stops and clear recommendation!

El hotel está en una zona cerca de todo, pero sin miles de turistas al rededor tuya. parada de vaporetto a escasos cinco minutos. los empleados de la recepción han sido encantadores. nuestra habitación era algo más pequeña de lo que parecía en las fotos de la web, pero con todos los servicios y muy acojedora. no hay ruidos y las zonas comunes están decoradas con vidrio de murano. el desayuno variado en un salón muy bonito. patio interior precioso. una buena opción para alojarse en venecia. yo repetiré.

Prenotando con hotelsclick ho usufruito di uno sconto speciale sulle tariffe, per cui un prezzo accettabile ho avuto un servizio di buon livello, per la pulizia della camera, per la gentilezza del persinale, per la colazione a buffet

Deux fenêtresdonnent sur la rue et n'ayent pas de double vitrage,occasionées une géne à des tardive de la nuit du aux passants bruillant. nous voulions aussi remercier "anna" qui nous a renseigné avec gentilesse et compétence, amabilité ainsi que tous le personnel de l'hôtel pour ce séjour agréable

Hotel was lovely, location was great with no bridges from the vaporetta stop at ca'dor to have to negotiate with the cases. maybe only thing was that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. reception staff alway's very helpful.
