L'accoglienza è stata ottima così come il soggiorno la stanza era pulita e tutto ciò che poteva essere necessario era a disposizione avevamo già soggiornato in altri hotel della stessa catena e abbiamo apprezzato il soggiorno l'unica cosa che non ho gradito è che non ci è stato fatto presente che avevamo sconti da ferragamo tranne l'ultimo giorno è solo su nostra richiesta quando avevamo effettuato acquisti il primo giorno del nostro soggiorno

I had a great stay at the gallery art hotel in florence. the hotel is in a great location, it is located about 30 paces from the the absolute heart of florence which is the ponta vecuio which is the famous bridge that you see in all the photos pf florence, from here you can walk to anything of interest. my room was well equiped and quiet with a view of the river. the staff are freindly helpful and excellent. i could not have been happier and i will back back again , i hope .

Location! location! location! great hotel located within walking distance to so many historical landmarks, restaurants and shopping as well. rooms are small but very nice. excellent breakfast (much too expensive so it is great to find good deal like hotelsclick.com)simple, fresh, healthy. free internet. staff very helpful with reservations and other tourist assistance. our 4rt stay, still 1st choice.
